Status: this is just an idea I need help with

This community site is a worldbuilding project that pertains to the theory of the multiverse, the scientific aspect of other worlds, and the interaction of other worlds in objective manner. Below is the rationale of the project:

Basically, I want to interact with other worlds without the hassle of creating a separate person that have their own intricate story each time I do it. I want this to be a more "slightly positive" and "transparent" version of the SCP Foundation since it fits for what I am looking for. This world also maintains peace and safety, but mostly not through the containment of entities but by the observance of their behavior in the natural world, whatever world that may be.

In addition, disjointed and disconnected communities (such as anime or game wikis) will be able to be part of this worldbuilding project through (mostly) objective writing. Whether it may be a heated debate of who wins or who can survive X situation, our world can be the final arbiter for the victor.
