Status: this is just an idea I need help with

I'd like to make a community page to write fictional (and non) stories about horror things, cryptids, monsters, anomalies.
"department 0" Is a SCP-like foundation. canonically containing up to 50 members at all times.
They're derived form the SCP foundation, founded by researchers and rogue mobile task force elite who have been scheduled for termination.

I'd really like to get help with this, maybe if you guys can help me set a "Passcode" for entry. Where site members (via an application service) can actually access the "database".
