Status: this is just an idea I need help with

I am the assistant to the Chair of the graduate program at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. We plan to create a wiki page before the 2017 Fall Semester for all of the students and faculty to have access to as a collaborative website to share ideas, art, events, classes, critique schedules and student/faculty websites. Yale has similar structure to their wiki page (http://art.yale.edu) where students and faculty all have access to the one website and it serves as the main information center for the schools MFA program. Prospective students will gain insight to what is going on at school and will be able to find the websites/portfolio of the current students and course offerings to see if they are interested in applying to the school.
