A wiki dedicated to the historical programming language, JOSS. The only known functional interpreters are one called AID for the PDP-10 (based on JOSS-II for the PDP-6) and an interpreter written in C. It has a lot of historical context and influenced languages like MUMPS/Intersystems Cache.

The current goal of the project is try to get information from RAND about the PDP-6 version and we have contact with some historians to get it running. I'm the project lead for a restoration project for the PDP-6 and another person associated with the project is trying to get the first implementation running.

But, what I would like to is have documentation available for JOSS and its descendants.
