Unknown high-load performance problem caused a core server to stop responding. We restarted that server. Downtime was approx. 5 minutes. Wikidot.com alert status raised to ORANGE. Working assumption: problem may re-occur unless/until we have finished diagnosing the cause and established that it is fixed.
