Toolbars at top and bottom of screen:
- Top toolbar is now fixed in place
- Top toolbar reduced to 24px high, and some text removed from it
- Social icons no longer appear on private sites
- Bottom toolbar now also shows high-karma free sites (as well as active pro sites)
- Clicking on site thumbnails opens a new tab, to make navigation easier
Other changes:
- Editor no longer inserts [[/div]] closures (fixes annoying need to delete extra closures)
- NewPage module filters leading underscore on page names
