The descriptions added to Flickr photos are quite lost visually below the photo.
It would be awesome to be able to control where they appear in the expanded window once the thumbnail is selected.
Flickr only supports "bold." Color and font size would be really nice too. Right now the file name and backlink to Flickr take the best / most visible real-estate.

Rounded corners, styling control over background colors, text descriptions. Would be really cool upgrade to the Flickr gallery in Wikidot.
I've paid for the Art Sexy Lightbox tool, but not sure if it will be suitable for my purchases (haven't got activation key yet), since they seem to want $20 / site and I create content for my subscribers but have a lot of wikis. Hopefully I don't have to buy for each site since the admin of doing so would be stupid. Without going in to the busines model, my customers sign up for 10-15 sites at a time… and each would need its own license since each has its own name.
And all I really want to do is control the Lightbox appearance of the Flickr galleries of each to make the navigation and text be a bit different.

That's an extension for Joomla! and unless you're using it on a Joomla! site, I think you just wasted $20.

There are a number of jQuery lightbox scripts which should work wellon Wikidot and don't cost anything. I will investigate.

I've included a flickr Gallery module to display all of the images from one of my sets on flickr, but I've noticed that the maximum number of images displayed with this module is 500 (see http://one-chord-wonders.wikidot.com/gallery), though this is not mentioned on the module page. Does anyone know if there's any way to force it to show the whole set?

I am not sure - wehre is the limit for reading all the lots of images to limit the bandwidth ?
or the waiting tome for a visitor?
What you can do perhaps as a workaround to tag the images differently on flickr and sleect a second set of them …
For me personally it is too much pictures to wait for all of them… needs too much time.
But this is only my personla view. :)

Hi,
I need to be able to filter group pool images by a tag. Currently this is not possible. It would be tremendous if that would be added to the FlickrGallery module. I can't see why the tag attribute should not play along with the groupUrl attribute.
