My parent is not … doc but should be doc:modules
Doc should read
[[module ListUsers users="."]]
instead of
[[module ListUsers type="current"]]
Template cannot contain [[code]] or [[html]]. In case template contains those tags, module will not work at all
You are now introducing a third meaning for template.
Please don't !
Hence remove it to avoid confusion !
@gerdami, sorry, but I disagree with you. We have static page templates, category (live) templates, and module templates. The last two are consistent because they allow the same (or similar) replacement symbols. The one that looks out of place is static page templates.
When we speak of "templating code", or "inserting values into a template", that is accurate and meaningful. IMO, changing the term here just adds a new term that means the same as "template", which is more, not less, confusing.
@pieterh, sorry, but I disagree1 with your developer' s view.
We, at the Community, see how end-users are confused by the static and live templates…
Forget your engineer' past and put you at the driver's seat !
With my best regards,
gerdami
