Hi everyone,

I'm Deb, the creator and administrator of Student Dicto-Encyclo-Saurus Wiki, a new and exciting wiki for the younger crowd to create the largest Student Dictionary-Encyclopedia-Thesaurus on the Web. I'm also owner/tutor at Tutoring by Deb. In addition, I offer spur-of-the-moment homework help for students on Ziizoo.

I became interested in wikis over three years ago when my husband, Mike, stumbled onto FAQFarm while searching for a solution to an automotive problem. He got the answer to his question and I soon became totally addicted to editing and answering questions. Almost immediately, I became a volunteer supervisor and spent hours correcting spelling, capitalization, and grammar. FAQFarm is now WikiAnswers, the fastest growing Q&A site on the Internet, and I am a Community Assistant.

I was born and grew up in Indiana, lived in Kentucky for 17 years, moved back to Indiana and have now moved back to Kentucky.

After receiving my B.S. degree in elementary education, I sustitute taught grades K-12 for several years and was a teacher at Head Start and an online tutor for a large company. I enjoy organic gardening, fishing, crafts, and the Internet.
