Hi! I'm Erin.

I'm a doctoral student in the Communication department at UCSD. I also started the UCSD grad students wiki and I am currently the administrator. So if you have any questions or suggestions about the wiki send them to me.

I'm also the Graduate Community Coordinator at the Office of Graduate Studies (OGS). In this position, plan events and meet with the administration in hopes of fostering a sense of community at UCSD. (One of the reasons, I wanted to start a wiki :-) My position is through OGS but I work at each one of the campus community centers: The Cross-Cultural Center, the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender Resource Center, and the Women's Center. I plan lots of events and serve as an advocate for grad students to the administration. Talk to me if you have any needs or concerns around community at UCSD.

But I'm not just a student and a bureaucrat :-) I love dancing, the arts, traveling and discussing politics. I hail from bufu, small town, Illinois. I'm also University of Illinois-Urbana/Champaign alum. [Go Illini!!!!]
