In the Beginning (Ages 0 - 8)

I was born in the hospital in Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska, on a pretty uneventful Sunday one minute before Eight o'clock. When my mother and father, Cathy and Jason, decided on my name before I was born, my mother swore up and down that I would be known as anyother nickname for Rebekah except Bekah. Be it, Becky or Bek, as long as it wasn't Bekah. But in that fateful moment, my first breaths taken in this world, my mother smiled down at me and said, "Hello Bekah." And for the record, I hate being called Becky.

Life was rather easy going as a youngster, and as the oldest, I was an only child for about fours years. Loneliness, however, was not an issue. My Parents had a couple that had a girl around the same time they did, named Victoria, and we were near insperable. The picture to the left is us as younglings venturing into my closet paradise. When I was little, my parents had this huge closet under the stairs and put some of my toys in there so I would have kinda my own hiding place. Supposedly, I took to the idea and was found in there often.
