Technology Indicators provides ICT benchmarking services to local councils in Australia and New Zealand. Our studies are guided by an Advisory Board (which currently consists of 4 Australian and 4 New Zealand councils). Our reports are used by local councils for budgeting, strategy planning, business case development and stakeholder management. The reports are also used by ICT vendors for enhancement of their services, products and strategies.

Local councils that participate in our studies receive our reports free of charge. We also develop custom benchmarks (chargeable option) that compare individual councils with their closest peer group (10-15 councils of the same size).
