I'm an associate professor in the BIT department at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. I am also the BBA Program Director.

Health information

I'm a 46 year old, 5'11" male in generally good health. In May 2007 I started following the weightlifting programs in New Rules of Lifting and the eating program in Protein Power; by doing so I lowered my body fat from 29% to 13%. I'll talk with anyone about this topic at any time. I'm somewhat obsessed with these topics.
